Macaroni Salad

Macaroni Salad is a healthy food that can be used along with your main-course as well as a side-dish with booze. It gets its main flavor from the garlic sauce. It can be prepared in 15 mins.

The following quantity serves four people.
Ingredients:
1. Macaroni - 200 gms
2. Small size capsicum - 1
3. Medium size onion - 1
4. Small cucumber - 1
5. Spring Onion leaves - 2
6. Green Chilli - 2
7. Salt to taste
8. Boiled eggs - 2
9. Garlic Sauce - 3 tbsp
10. Chilli Flakes

Preparation:
Boil macaroni for 5-7 mins on medium flame. Rinse the water out of it. Chop onion, capsicum, green chilli ( you may avoid it if you don't prefer chilli), spring onion and cucumber finely and bake them mildly. I prefer to use 80% of power on my whirlpool microwave. If you do not have a microwave, you can use them without baking. Take macaroni in a 1 liter bowl, mix the baked onion, capsicum,green chilli, spring onion and cucumber in it. Add salt and three tbsp of garlic sauce and mix it well. Garnish it with sliced boiled eggs and chilli flakes. Macaroni Salad is ready to be served hot.
