Indian Egg Curry

Non Veg Egg Curry is a very popular dish in the northern parts of India. However, after the descent of internet and social media, this has become popular world-over. Here's how you can prepare egg-curry. The following quantity serves 3 people. Ingredients: 1. Boiled Egg​s - 6​ 2. Onion​s - 4 Medium sized 3. Tomato paste​ - 2 Medium sized 4. Ginger-Garlic paste​-1 Tbsp​ 5. Chilly powder - 1 Tsp 6. Turmeric powder - 1Tsp 7. Garam Masala - 1Tsp 8. Salt to taste 9. Coriander leaves n green chillies Preparation: 1. Heat 250ml oil in a pan and put eggs in it one by one. Fry them until light brown and keep separately. 2. Cut Onions and fry them until they turn golden red. 3. Add salt to taste, add ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, chilly powder and continue frying at low flame. 4. Masala Babycorn

Veg Baby corn is a cereal grain taken from corn; harvested early while it is very small and in the pre-ripe stage. It is typically eaten as a whole. There are various delicacies that can be made out of it. What I have described here is a simple way of preparing masala baby corn.  Try yourself and see. The following quantity serves 4 people. Ingredients: 1. Baby corn - 250 gms 2. Medium sized capsicum - 1 3. Medium sized onion - 1 4. Grated ginger and garlic - 5 gm 5. Finely chopped green chili - 1 6. Soy sauce - 1 tsp 7. Tomato-chili sauce - 1 tsp 8. Black pepper powder - 1 tsp 9. Vinegar - 1 tsp 10.  Corn Flour -  2 tsb 11. Salt (to taste) 12. Cooking Oil - 13. Spring Onion - 2-3 leaves 14.
