Spicy Potato Salad

Aloo chaat(Potato Salad) is something that is very common in our households. We've practically grown with it. Some of us could even be regulars at having this delicacy during the lunch break while we were in school. I'm going to describe a quick and easy way to prepare aloo chaat without requiring much of the ingredients (that normally high-profile chefs recommend).

The following quantity serves two people. 
Ingredients:
1. Medium sized boiled potatoes - 2
2. Medium sized boiled tomato - 1
3. Medium sized chopped Onion - 1
4. Chopped green chillies - 2
5. Chopped coriander leaves - 2-3
6. Oregano (for seasoning) - 2 tsp
7. Chilli Flakes(to taste)
8. Salt to taste

Preparation:
Cut the potatoes in small pieces. Mash the boiled tomato. Mix potato pieces with the mashed tomato. Add chopped onion, chopped green chillies, salt and Oregano. Mix well. Garnish with  chopped coriander and chilli-flakes. Chatakdaar aaloo is ready.
